              Star Publish, has appointed Charles Mossop as Historical Fiction 
              Editor for the column,Worlds Apart.

              Body = . The Muse Marquee, devoted to producing twelve issues a 
              year with articles about the craft of writing, launched its debut 
              issue on June 1, 2005.Ten editors will cover all aspects of writing including, but not 
              limited to: writing strategies and story development, writing for 
              children, teaching children to write, flash fiction, self-publication, 
              mechanics of writing, and romance. The first issue is free.
 Charles Mossop, 
              a writer and historian living in western Canada, specializes in 
              mystery stories that are set in historical times, particularly fifteenth 
              century China and eighteenth century Europe. He is the author of 
              the Magistrate Lin mysteries, soon to appear in Over My Dead Body 
              Mystery Magazine http://www.overmydeadbody.com and has published 
              Flash Fiction athttp://www.flashshot.tripod.com.
 Worlds Apart 
              will feature articles about the business of writing stories with 
              historical, fantasy and speculative settings – cultural and 
              social milieus different from the contemporary world. There will 
              be contests, special events, networking opportunities, writing exercises 
              and more.  The Muse Marquee 
              is the brainchild of Lea Schizas, founder of the MuseitUp Club, 
              an online critique community and a Writer’s Digest 101 Best 
              Writing Site of 2005. All editors are members of the club. Other
